Robo-RiskProfiler is a platform to evaluate and classify retail investors according to their financial knowledge and loss aversion.

We created a numerical method to assess investors using the Prospect Theory developed by Kahneman and Tversky. With just a small number of questions, the system is able to estimate their sensitivity to gains and aversion to losses.

Robo-RiskProfiler will classify the investors in 5 groups (A, B, C, D and O) which all have very distinct characteristics.

The knowledge of investor's Risk Type will allow banks and brokers to offer to their clients the most suitable products.
